Exterior of a house under a cloudy sky. Eaves, windows, and a single tree to one side.

Home Record

The same place,
the same angle, one photograph a year.

Being able to confirm that nothing has changed
is the best result a home can have.

Actual work

From a house you wash,
to a house you do not.

Exterior wall before application. Stains have bled through and the whole surface is dull.
Before Wash it, and if the cause remains it comes back.
Exterior wall after application. The finish's own color has returned.
After The finish's own color. From here on, dirt has trouble taking hold.

These are photographs of actual work. Property names are not disclosed. See other work

These are record photographs of the work. Because the camera positions are not aligned, they are not fixed-point photographs. That is why the records we start from here are kept from the same position, at the same angle.

What we most want to say

"Nothing has changed."
That is the result.

Coating is only the entrance. What we leave behind is a record of how well you have cared for this house.

Preparing for publication ・ awaiting permission

The register marks at the four corners mean "photograph within the same frame every year." The actual fixed-point photographs will be published once we have the owner's permission.

Frequently asked questions

How durable is it?

More than 15 years of record on wall surfaces. It differs by material and environment of use, so we explain the details on site.

How often is the inspection, and how long does it take?

Once a year, about 30 minutes. It is not work on the building; it is a visit to look and to record.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the substrate (stone, tile, porous materials, and so on) and the area. We look at the site and prepare an estimate. Prices are not listed on this page.

Can it be done on any substrate?

It can be applied to stone, tile, porous materials, and similar surfaces. Substrates that absorb heavily need to be checked in advance.
